Dr  Morgaine Gaye is a Food Futurologist. She looks at food and eating from a social, cultural, economic, trend, branding and geo-political perspective. She frequently gives academic and corporate lectures and a number of her academic food research papers have been published. Her work is quoted and featured in print and digital (from Red and Glamour to Stuff) and newspapers (from the Financial Times to the Evening Standard). She has developed new ideas for food-related TV and radio programmes and her ongoing research is on all elements of the eating experience, from mouth-feel to olfactory perception.

Morgaine is a frequent contributor to global media channels from BBC (UK) to NPR (US) to Channel 9 (AUS).  She has her own product line called Dr Gaye’s Super-Shake, in production since 2012.
